Customized Solar Modules
Customized modules in thin film technology can be specially manufactured for series production. The solar module is based on a dedicated semiconductor design. The glass base area of 1000 x 600 mm is subdivided to form sub-modules according to the customer's layout specification. Electrically inactive regions are provided between these sub-modules, and a computer controlled glass-cutting machine makes the cut without damaging the active layers. Due to the high degree of automation, manufacturing of small customized modules is possible.
The solar modules are available in the range of:
- Size: 576 x 976 mm
- Shapes: Rectangular, round and rounded edges
- Electrical voltage: The number of series cells can be varied Even viewing windows can be incorporated.
We have a list of 129 outdoor OEM modules and 36 indoor modules designed for various applications. Development fees for any new design will apply.
